Marnie Burnham, who also goes by Marnie Forin, a teacher in the Greater Victoria School District, got nicked by the cops on February 15, 2024. Why? She's facing some major charges – we're talking three counts of sexual exploitation and two counts of tryna lure underage kids online. That's a whole lotta sus.

Apparently, the police got some intel about the teacher allegedly doing some messed-up stuff with students. So, they started digging, found more victims, and boom – second investigation. Meanwhile, the school district was like, "OMG, we gotta do something!" They launched their own investigation, called the cops, the Ministry of Education, and the Teacher's Regulation Branch. The teacher's been put on unpaid leave faster than you can say "canceled."

She's been released, but there are some strict rules. Like, she can't go near any of the alleged victims, can't step foot on school property, and can't contact anyone under 18. Basically, she's gotta chill and stay away from the youth.
