Okay, fam, listen up. Things got real dark at the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party in Vancouver. This event was poppin' off near East 41st and Fraser, celebrating some Filipino hero, but then BAM! A car, we're hearing it's a black SUV, straight-up drove into the crowd. It happened right after 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Witnesses are saying it was a whole horror movie scene. One person said they saw bodies everywhere. Straight up nightmare fuel. We don't have the official numbers yet, but word is multiple people didn't make it and a bunch more are injured. They're saying the driver was apologizing, and there's some talk he might be dealing with some mental health stuff, but that's still unconfirmed, no cap.

The Vancouver PD showed up quick and arrested a 30-year-old dude. Apparently, some bystanders even held him down 'til the cops arrived. The major crime unit is all over this now. The Canadian Prime Minister and Vancouver's Mayor are both saying they're devastated by the whole thing. B.C. Emergency Health Services were on it, sending extra ambulances and all that.
