Trump Says Canada Gotta Drop $61B to Join His "Golden Dome" Missile Flex 💸

Okay, so boom. Trump was out here wildin', saying if Canada wants to be part of his "Golden Dome" missile defense system, they gotta pay up – like, $61 billion USD. That's a whole lotta maple syrup, fam. He even threw in that they could join for free if they just became the 51st state of the USA. Like, is he for real rn?

Trump clapped back saying he thought the system would cost $175 billion to build. But hold up, the U.S. Congressional Budget Office said the space parts alone could be more like $542 billion over 20 years. Big yikes.

PM Mark Carney was quoted, "Canada is never going to be part of the USA" and that Canada was in talks regarding the “Golden Dome”. Canada is increasing defense spending to build an Arctic radar system and that Canada would be joining the EU’s ReArm Europe defense plan.
