Okay, fam, listen up. This is heavy. Over in North Van near Cates Park, it went totally left. Some dude in a speedboat was zipping around Burrard Inlet and plowed right into two kids who were just tryna vibe on an inner tube. Straight up nightmare fuel.
Lionel, who was only 10, didn't make it. Gone too soon, fr fr. The other kid's in the hospital, fighting for his life. It's a whole mess.
