The cops are on the hunt for Anthony Steven Oliveira, a 24-year-old sus dude wanted for first-degree murder. Apparently, this Oliveira guy has a whole rap sheet and a history of violence, so this ain't his first rodeo. They think he was targeting victims who were chilling solo.
