They surveyed writers and editors all over the globe, lookin' at stuff like the culture, the vibe, the eats, the nightlife – basically, if a place is poppin' or not. And Davenport? It's poppin'.

We're talkin' patios on patios, cafes that are peak aesthetic, and cultural spaces that are straight vibin'.
