Toronto Driver Speedrun Gone Wrong

Okay, fam, listen up. Some absolute mad lad in Toronto was straight-up zooming past High Park, and the speed camera caught them doin' 154 km/h in a 40 zone. Like, are you serious?! Another driver did 146 km/h. Safe Parkside, a whole squad dedicated to keeping the streets chill, dropped the receipts. The top 10 speed demons were all cruisin' over 119 km/h. Sheesh!

Safe Parkside is big mad about all this speedin'. They low-key wanna keep those speed cameras up to keep things safe. But here's the tea: the government might pull the plug on 'em. The Premier is calling the cameras a "tax grab." As if we don't already have enough on our plates... Three years ago, someone died on Parkside because some other crazy driver was going over 100 km/h. The Mayor basically said the speed cameras are there to keep people from acting up.

In Other News...

On a totally different note, some psychologist testified in a wild murder case in Toronto. They're saying this dude who admitted to offing two people back in '22 isn't faking being mentally ill. His lawyers are tryna say he's got schizophrenia.

And last but not least, the Blue Jays are playing the Seattle Mariners in the ALCS tonight! They're tryna even the series up. Let's go, Jays!
