Okay, so listen up, fam. This story is a whole mess. Jefferson Dance, this 47-year-old dude, was driving his Tesla like he was in "Fast and Furious," but IRL, and totally zooted. Like, three to four times over the legal limit. No cap.

He was cruisin' in Wasaga Beach back on April 9, 2022, when he rear-ended Jim Lynne, 62, who was just tryna deliver some za in his Nissan Juke. The impact was brutal, and Jim sadly didn't make it. The Tesla was clockin' almost 200 km/h before the crash - that's, like, warp speed. The court heard he was driving drunk after a night out.

Dance's defense tried to say, "Yo, maybe the Tesla glitched and accelerated on its own!" But the judge wasn't buying it. Justice Mark Edwards was like, "Nah, bruh, this was NOT an accident. He CHOSE to drive impaired, and he meant to. Sus, right?"
