The Deets
Okay, so here's the sitch. This teen, we can't say who 'cause of a publication ban (major sus), just admitted to attempted murder in Moose Jaw Provincial Court. But get this, his lawyer is saying he straight up doesn't remember anything about it. Like, at all. No cap.
So, why the guilty plea? Apparently, the evidence is stacked, and the witnesses are ready to spill. A Criminal Code section 606 inquiry was done to make sure he wasn't pressured or anything. They had to make sure this dude wasn't capping before moving on!
Now, about the punishment. It's still TBD. The judge asked for a pre-sentence report to get the full story.
