Okay, so listen up. On April 24th, around 2:35 p.m., a student in Courtenay was walking home from school on 16th Street (between Grieve and McPhee avenues) when BAM! This dude dressed as a full-on clown rolls up. We talking black clown nose, light-white face makeup, the whole shebang.

And what does this clown do? Offers the student a ride AND candy. Red flags everywhere, amirite? This is giving major "don't talk to strangers" vibes.

Here's the sus part: This clown is described as tall with shaggy brown hair (maybe with some neon green streaks), blue eyes, and a slight belly. Rockin' black shoes and some bright-azz clothing. So, if you see someone matching that description, maybe give them a wide berth.
