Basically, they'd convince people that their bank accounts were compromised (major cap, btw) and then finesse them into giving up their PINs and passwords. As if that wasn't enough, they'd tell the victims to leave their bank cards out for a "courier" to pick up. Sketchy AF, right?

Once they had the goods, they'd straight-up drain the accounts or go on a shopping spree before the victims could even cancel their cards. Talk about a major L for those peeps.

But here's the tea: Ottawa PD rolled up and arrested these two clowns. They're facing a whole laundry list of charges, including Fraud Over $5,000, Conspiracy, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. They're only 24 and 19, which just proves that being a criminal is never the vibe.
