But here's the tea: the police are straight-up saying this guy is a "public safety risk." Like, for real for real.

Why all the drama? Well, he's facing some serious charges. We're talking uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm (yikes!), plus some super sus stuff about child pornography – making it, sharing it, and just generally being on it.
