Okay, so listen up, fam. This 34-year-old dude from Quebec, Carl Chateauvert, is in deep. Like, Mariana Trench deep. He was already on the radar for allegedly swiping some cop equipment from a whip near Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue – don't worry, it wasn't a gun or badge, so no need to panic, but still super sus.
