Alright, fam, listen up 'cause this is some wild stuff. This guy, Fabio Puglisi, right? He was charged with second-degree for allegedly unaliving his 68-year-old mom, Elisabetta Puglisi-Caucci, and her neighbor, 53-year-old Manon Blanchard. This all went down in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, on February 15, 2024. Apparently, he went full-on stabbing spree. There was even a third person, 70-year-old Nighat Imtiaz, who got seriously injured but pulled through.
Here's where it gets even more sus. The court straight-up declared Puglisi not criminally responsible for the alleged murders. Why? Because they said his mental state was a whole dumpster fire. The judge was all like, he has a "long-standing psychotic disorder" and wasn't even taking his meds before he went off. Major yikes.
