G3 was hitting hard Tuesday, and G1 vibes are expected Wednesday and Thursday. This ain't just some basic storm, tho. It could cause radio blackouts all week, so low-key prepare for some tech fails.

But here's the real tea: these storms might just bring the Northern Lights to Metro Vancouver. Yes, for real! The weather's looking like a solid W (clear skies!), so the conditions are prime for aurora viewing.

UAF (University of Alaska Fairbanks) is saying auroral activity will be bussin' Wednesday night. Vancouverite took jaw-dropping pics of the northern lights behind Science World. Snapped on May 29 and June 1, 2025, at Spanish Banks using a Nikon D850 DSLR camera and an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
