The Tea is Spilled
So, check it. Noa Argamani, who was snatched up at the Nova music festival 2023 during the Hamas raid, was doing her thing at a Jewish National Fund (JNF) fundraising event at the University of Windsor. She was there to raise bread for the Ashdod Rehabilitation & Therapy Centre. But then, chaos. Some protesters showed up and allegedly tried to block everyone from leaving, and people are saying they were yelling, "Hamas is coming." Like, seriously sus behavior.
Argamani ain't backing down, tho. She basically said she's not letting "terror sympathizers control the narrative," and she's still gonna fight for her partner, Avinatan, who's still being held hostage, and all the other hostages too. She was rescued in June 2024 after 245 days, so she knows what's up.
The Consul General of Israel in Toronto and Western Canada, Idit Shamir, is also not vibing with the protest. She called it "psychological warfare against trauma survivors," which is a big yikes.
