Okay, fam, listen up. Montreal's Canada Day parade? Yeah, it's not happening. Again. For the second year in a row. The organizer, this dude Nicholas Cowen, is throwing shade at the City of Montreal, saying it's too hard to work with them. He was all like, safety first.

But hold up, the city's clapping back! They're saying Cowen didn't even bother to apply for a permit. Like, come on, dude! A spokesperson for the city said they hit him up multiple times, inviting him to apply for the permit. Sounds kinda sus, right?
