Okay, so, Montreal's air? Total L right now. Apparently, we're rocking some seriously polluted vibes. Like, top 6 most polluted major cities on the globe, according to IQAir. The Air Quality Index hit 152, which is straight-up unhealthy, bestie.

Other cities are struggling too, like Kinshasa, Santiago, Baghdad, Hanoi, and Manama. Toronto also made the top 10, which is kinda sus. Meanwhile, Vancouver's over there living its best life with an air quality rating of 13. Big W for them, I guess.

The real culprit? Wildfires raging across Canada. They're spitting out smoke like it's their job, causing all sorts of problems. It's hitting everywhere from Manitoba to Quebec. Toronto is experiencing a very high risk to health. Even Newfoundland and Labrador are feeling the heat (or should I say, smoke).

So, Montrealers, listen up: IQAir is saying we gotta mask up when we're outside, skip the outdoor workouts, keep those windows closed, and maybe invest in an air purifier. Usually, Montreal's air is pretty chill, but these wildfires are really messing with the vibe. Stay safe out there, fam!
