Aight, fam, listen up! The BC government is going after this 2018 BMW that belonged to Pierre-Andre Baptiste, a known Montreal gangster. They low-key trying to keep it forever, saying it's all tied up in some seriously shady business.

Word on the street is, this Baptiste dude, aka Bouldat, was allegedly using the whip to transport women for sexual exploitation between Alberta and BC. Like, since at least May 2024. That's not even the half of it. They're also linking the car to a whole murder plot. Sus, right?

This dude ain't new to the game either. He was nicked in Kamloops back in December 2024 on a Canada-wide warrant for conspiracy to commit murder. Plus, he's got a whole list of priors, including possession for trafficking, assault, sexual assault, firearms charges, and obstruction. He's like a walking L, for real.

Before this, cops snatched some cash from him in Victoria in 2023, and now BC's trying to keep that too. They said he was using the money to get someone to provide sexual services. And way back in 2020, Surrey RCMP arrested him for allegedly sexually exploiting a 25-year-old woman. This is wild!

Basically, the BC director of civil forfeiture is saying Baptiste's whole flex with the BMW is from illegal activity. They're trying to prove it in court and keep the car. Stay tuned for more deets, this saga is far from over.
