Over 200 wildfires are raging in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and the smoke said "bet" and floated on down to Minnesota. Minneapolis was hit the hardest, straight up looking like a dystopian movie scene. The Air Quality Index (AQI) was hitting levels that were "very unhealthy", no cap.

These fires are HUGE, especially the one in Saskatchewan – we're talking twice the size of Hennepin County HUGE. Manitoba and Saskatchewan are in a straight-up state of emergency, with thousands of people getting evacuated and, tragically, two people passing away. That's a major L.

The smoke even drifted as far as the Gulf Coast, giving everyone those fire sunsets. Air quality alerts were popping off in Minnesota and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Like, if you're tryna be healthy, maybe chill indoors and keep those windows shut. Over 150 U.S. firefighters are out there helping our neighbors up north, which is a W move. The good news? A cold front and some rain are pushing the smoke out, and the air quality alert should be ending soon. Let's hope so, cause breathing toxic air is not the vibe.
