Fast forward six years, and the RCMP just dropped a major bomb: they arrested this dude, Stan Cross, 49, and charged him with first-degree murder. Like, WTF?

The crazy part? They haven't even found Twyla's body yet, but they're calling it a homicide. Apparently, "recent developments" in the case led to Cross's arrest.
