Yo, fam. This is straight-up tragic. A 16-year-old was out hiking in the Lions Bay area in BC on Sunday. Apparently, they were hiking with a friend when things went south, real quick.
Word is, the two hikers got lost and split up. One of them ended up taking a major tumble down a gully. The other one peaced out to find help.
North Shore Search and Rescue showed up and managed to pull one of the hikers out of the situation. But the other hiker? They found them unresponsive. Sadly, they didn't make it and died in the hospital. Major L.
