Fam, you are not gonna believe the tea. So, there's this semi-truck, right? Packed to the brim with around 70,000 pounds of honeybee hives, just vibing on Weidkamp Road near Lynden, Washington. Then, at like 4 a.m. on May 30, 2025, it just decided to become one with the shoulder of the road, and 250 MILLION bees said, "Peace out!"

Now, imagine being a deputy showing up on scene. Total chaos. But mad respect to the local bee fam – master beekeepers and other bee whisperers swooped in to try and get these guys back in formation and find their queen. Apparently, that's key to getting them to chill.

Weidkamp Road's gonna be a no-go zone between Loomis Trail Road and West Badger Road for, like, two days while they sort this out. So, pro tip: avoid unless you tryna get stung. The officials are saying it's all good for the general public, but if you're allergic, maybe keep your EpiPen on speed dial. Authorities mentioned that bees are important for pollination and keeping those going is key.

This isn't the first time this has happened. A similar incident occurred in 2015.
