Okay, so boom. Last night, someone decided to be a whole menace and vandalize the National Holocaust Monument in Ottawa. They used red paint to write "Feed Me" on the memorial. Like, who does that? 🙄
The cleanup crew was on the scene first thing Monday morning, trying to get that paint off. They even had tarps up to cover the damage. A Conservative MP was big mad, calling it straight-up vandalism. And rightfully so!
For those who don't know, this monument is to remember the six million Jewish people and other victims who died during the Holocaust. Former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau put the memorial up in September 2017. 💯
The Ottawa Police are in the loop now. Hopefully, they catch whoever did this. It's giving major disrespect and nobody's here for it. Stay woke, fam. 🙏
