The Deets

Okay, so listen up. Last week, on May 28th, there was a straight-up tragedy at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal in West Vancouver. A bus accident happened, and a 4-year-old lost his life 😭. His mom, Silvana, was seriously injured, like life-threatening injured, and was stuck under the bus. A family friend also got hurt. It's a whole mess, no cap.

The family is originally from Brazil but they're Canadian citizens now. Apparently, the parents had a tough time having a kid, and this little guy was their "one per cent miracle baby". This just makes the whole thing even more heartbreaking, you feel?

Now, their friends are stepping up and launched a GoFundMe to help the family through this awful time. They need cash for the funeral, to fly family in, pay for Silvana's medical bills and rehab 'cause she's gonna need a lot of specialized care. Plus, they gotta support the dad and everyone else affected. It's gonna be a long road.
