Alright, fam, so here's the tea. Harshkumar Ramanlal Patel, a.k.a "Dirty Harry," just caught a case. He got sentenced to over 10 years in prison. Why? Homeboy was part of a whole underground network moving people from India through Canada and into the US. But here's where it gets real dark - a family of four, including two young kids, tried to cross the border in the dead of winter, and they froze to death. Deadass.

Turns out, Patel was handling the logistics, organizing how these people were getting smuggled. And his buddy, Steve Anthony Shand, was picking them up on the US side. They were charging like $100,000 a head to get people from India to the US, which is wild.

On January 18, 2022, Shand got a warning that a blizzard was coming. But they still tried to move 11 people across the border, including that family. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) later found the fam frozen to death on the Canadian side.

Now, Patel's going to be chilling in prison for a long time, and then he's getting deported back to India. Shand got some time too - six and a half years, plus two years of supervised release. Lesson learned: Don't be sus, fam. Especially when people's lives are on the line.
