We're talking about catching stuff like the flu or even COVID-19 days in advance. That's kinda wild, no cap.

How does it work? Basically, it's all about your wearables. Your Apple Watch, your Fitbit, that sus smart ring your mom got you - all that stuff tracks your heart rate, sleep, and other bio-deets. This AI slurps up all that data and looks for patterns that scream "inflammation." Apparently, it caught inflammation in ppl with COVID-19 like 72 hours before they felt symptoms or even tested positive! That's next-level.

The scientists tested it out by jabbing a bunch of healthy adults with the flu vaccine and tracking their data. They collected over 2 billion data points! The AI model was right almost 90% of the time. Straight up fire.

Why does this even matter? Think about it: catching sickness early means you can get treatment ASAP, which could save you from ending up in the hospital and costing a grip of money. The goal is to eventually have a system that straight up DMs you saying, "Yo, you might be getting sick. Go see a doctor." That's a W for everyone.
