Okay, so listen up. Westboro Beach was NOT vibing the other day. A whole situation went down when a man and his kid found themselves in deep trouble in the Ottawa River. Like, underwater type of trouble. Enter David Hickey, a 32-year-old physiotherapist, who was just tryna get his run on when he heard the commotion.

Hickey, without hesitation, did the most and jumped into the water. He saw the man and the boy struggling and pulled them both out. Word is, the dad fully went under and didn't resurface. Hickey got the boy back to shore safely and waited for the first responders.
