'Cause they're finally unveiling three new pieces of public art, and it's gonna be a whole vibe. We're talking about the work of the legendary artists Malann Klassen, Lara Kruger, and Karen Ho Fatt. These artists went crazy in the lab and dropped this new art.
This whole plaza flex started back in Spring 2022, but things really popped off when they snagged a fat $750,000 grant from the Canada Community Revitalization Fund (CCRF) in May 2022. That basically doubled the budget to a cool $1.5 million! Talk about a glow-up!
