Caroline Ouellette Joins PWHL's Victoire as Full-Time Assistant Coach - SHEESH!

Okay, so listen up, sports fam! Caroline Ouellette, who's basically hockey royalty after getting inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, is gonna be a full-time assistant coach for the Montreal Victoire in the PWHL. This is HUGE!

She's not new to the game tho, she was already vibing with the team part-time for the past two seasons, plus she low-key slayed as the associate head coach for the Concordia University Stingers. This girl's got range!

For those who don't know, Ouellette is a four-time Olympic gold medalist with the Canadian women’s national team. Yeah, you heard that right, FOUR. She was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame AND the IIHF Hall of Fame back in '23. No biggie, just legendary status.

And the receipts don't stop there. She even won an NCAA national championship as an assistant coach with the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs back in '08. Then, at Concordia, she led the Stingers women’s team to U Sports titles in 2022 and 2024. Basically, she's a coaching genius.

Oh, and did we mention she's coached with Canada’s women’s team, snagging two gold medals, three silver medals, and one bronze between 2017 and 2025? Yeah, she's been busy killin' it!

Head coach Kori Cheverie is straight-up STOKED to have Ouellette's skills full-time, especially since they've worked together before. Ouellette herself is just happy to keep the grind going with the team. This season's gonna be lit!
