Okay, so, Canada's going through it rn. Wildfires are straight-up raging in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, and it's not a vibe. Manitoba's having its worst wildfire season start in years, with almost 200,000 hectares already toasted – that's triple the usual! A firefighter even got sent to the hospital, which is a major L.

Peeps are straight-up panicking. Like, thousands of residents from places like Lynn Lake, Marcel Colomb First Nation, and Flin Flon are either being told to bounce or get ready to. Neighboring provinces are also dealing with the heat, evacuating over 5,000 people. Sadly, two residents of Lac du Bonnet already cashed out due to the fires earlier this month. This whole situation is giving me the ick.

Across Canada, there are like 134 active fires, and half of them are totally out of control. The PM is sending in the military to help with evac flights which is much needed.
