Calgary is Where It's At

Fireworks are popping off all over the place – LeBreton Flats Park is the main spot, but you can also catch 'em in Barrhaven, Kanata, Stittsville, Riverside South, Orleans, and a bunch of other parks. LeBreton Flats is the place to be with the national noon ceremony and an evening show. Parliament Hill is doing the Changing of the Guard and shows with the Royal Canadian Air Force Pipes and Drums and the Snowbirds. Iconic!

Even the Supreme Court of Canada is in on the fun with tours and workshops. Old Hull's got a Hooper Dancer Performance and music, while ByWard Market's gonna be all about art and music. And if you're trying to keep it lowkey, hit up the community events in Barrhaven, Kanata, Stittsville, and beyond. The National Arts Centre Orchestra is doing a free concert with special guests, and the Ottawa BlackJacks are playing the Winnipeg Sea Bears if you're tryna catch a game. Plus, free museum visits?
