Okay, so Canada Day's almost here, and you're probably tryna figure out what's gonna be bussin' and what's gonna be straight up cancelled. Whether you're in Toronto or out in Quinte, I gotchu covered.

Toronto's Vibe Check ✅

Toronto's going all out with Canada Day events. We're talkin':

• Amesbury Park: Food, vibes, activities, and fireworks. It's gonna be a whole scene, from 10 AM to 10 PM.
• Thomson Memorial Park: A family-friendly fest with music, crafts, and a pancake breakfast. Cop that from 10 AM to 3 PM.
• Stan Wadlow Park: Live performances, community booths, fireworks, and kid-friendly activities. It's all goin' down from 10:30 AM to 10 PM.
• Mel Lastman Square: Community party with live music, a kids' zone, food, and fireworks. The party starts at noon and ends at 10:15 PM.
• Nathan Phillips Square: Free family stuff, including face painting, live music, and dance performances. Get there between noon and 5:30 PM.
• Riverdale Park East: Neighbours Togethers with live music, a lion dance, and more. Runs from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Dentonia Park: Family vibes with food and community spirit from 11 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Woodbine Park: Q107 Canada Day Picnic with rock tribute bands, food trucks, and a beer garden. Starts at noon.
• Queen’s Park: Celebrations with live music, rides, crafts, and self-guided tours. It's lit from 10 AM to 5 PM.
• Downsview Park: Live entertainment, games, food trucks, and fireworks from 4 to 10:30 PM.
• Harbourfront Centre: Music, a marketplace, food, and fireworks, starting at noon. Fireworks at 10:45 PM.
• Aga Khan Museum: Rhythms of Canada Summer Festival. Starts at 10 AM.

And, of course, fireworks at Ashbridges Bay Park, Centennial Park, Amesbury Park, Milliken Park, Stan Wadlow Park, and Mel Lastman Square.

What's Open in the 6ix? Keep it 100 💯

• Shopping: Eaton Centre (11 AM to 7 PM)
• Groceries: Some T&T, Rabba Fine Foods, Pusateri’s, and local spots.
• Drinks: Select Beer Store locations (11 AM to 6 PM) and Wine Rack.
• Pharmacies: Select Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall.
• Entertainment: Cineplex, Toronto Zoo, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Royal Ontario Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario, the Distillery Historic District, Centreville Amusement Park, Little Canada, Casa Loma, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Ontario Science Centre.
• History: Fort York National Historic Site, Scarborough Museum, and Gibson House Museum (11 AM to 5 PM).
• Nature: Allan Gardens and Centennial Park conservatories (10 AM to 5 PM), Toronto’s municipal golf courses, Riverdale Farm, High Park Animal Display (9 AM and 7 PM).

Quinte's Lowkey Festivities 🎉

Out in Quinte, most municipal services are ghosting on Canada Day, but some private retailers, pharmacies, gas stations, and convenience stores are still gonna be open for business.

Belleville:

• Closed: City Hall, Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre, transit, waste disposal depots, Glanmore National Historic Site, Public Library and Community Archives.
• Open: Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool (pre-registered), Thurlow Landfill, The Beer Store. Trash and recycling pickup are still on.
• Celebrations: West Zwick’s Park with a pancake breakfast, entertainment, and fireworks.

Quinte West:

• City Hall is closed, but celebrations are happening at Centennial Park in Trenton.
• The Beer Store is open.

Prince Edward County:

• Municipal offices, the Wellington and District Community Centre, the Prince Edward Community Centre, and County Transit are closed.
• Trash and recycling pickup are still on.
• Landfill and transfer stations are open on June 28.
