We're talkin' Eight at number 6 (major flex!), Nupo at 30, River Café at 47, DOPO at 56 (new location, new menu, they took a chance!), and Shokunin at 74. Like, that's a whole squad of deliciousness right there.

Shoutout to Änkôr in Canmore too, for making the list! Apparently, their food is all about "brilliantly integrated flavors, sensational textures, and colorful plating.” Sounds like a vibe, tbh.

And can we give it up for Chef Darren MacLean? This dude's a legend, no cap! He's the mastermind behind Shokunin, Nupo, and Eight. Talk about a triple threat! 🏆
