Okay, so here's the sitch. The manager at Fire N Ice, Ankit Drall, is in some deep doo-doo. He's been charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of unlawful confinement, which is a major yikes.

Apparently, this job applicant came forward saying that during a job interview back in January, things got way too handsy without her permission. She even said she couldn't leave until she called the emergency services, which is sus AF. Then, an employee said the manager abused his power by touching her inappropriately while she was hanging with the squad. And, like, it didn't stop there...the employee alleges he took it home at a residence.

Calgary PD is out here reminding everyone that consent is key, and it's gotta be clear, voluntary, and specific. You can give it, take it back, or just say "nah" at any time. Period. They're also saying it's never too late to report these kinds of crimes in Canada.
