The shooter dipped and is still at large, allegedly chilling in Montreal. The cops describe him as a white dude, 30-40 years old, about 5'10" with a skinny build, last seen rocking a dark medical mask, jacket, and pants. They're saying he's armed and dangerous, so be careful out there, fam.
