The Real Tea
Okay, fam, listen up. Things just got real in Williams Lake. Between May 24th and 25th, some knucklehead straight up shot a mother bear near Big Lake. Like, why would you even do that?!
But here's the kicker: she had FIVE cubs. Now they're out here playing orphan. The Conservation Officer Service (COS) is on it, trying to figure out who did this messed up thing and give them what they deserve. Shooting a mama bear with cubs is a major no-no under the Wildlife Act, straight up illegal.
The good-ish news? They've snatched up three of the cubs and are getting them some rehab. But two little bears are still out there, lost and probably terrified. So, if you're in the Big Lake area, keep your eyes peeled and your DMs open. If you saw something, say something! Call the Report All Poachers and Polluters hotline ASAP.
