Alright, so here's the sitch. This 9-year-old, Charleigh Pollock, is dealing with Batten disease, which is a major L 'cause it's super rare and messes with your brain. To try and keep things chill, she's been getting this drug called Brineura. This stuff costs like $844,000 a year - no cap! It was actually doing its thing, slowing down the disease and stopping her seizures. W, right?
