Okay, so boom. Back in 2020, things got real in North York. We're talking a full-on daylight shooting near Jane and Strong Court. Turns out, a 12-year-old, Dante Sebastian Andreatta, was just walking home with his mom when tragedy struck. He caught a stray bullet and sadly, he didn't make it, passing away four days later. 😭

Fast forward to now, and the court just delivered a major verdict. Rashawn Chambers, Jahwayne Smart, and Cjay Hobbs have been found guilty of first-degree murder and attempted murder. These charges are all tied to that day when Dante was taken from us too soon.

Here's the tea: Apparently, the whole thing started when the occupants of a stolen Honda Accord started bussin' shots at another vehicle in a parking lot. Three people in the other whip were injured, and tragically, Dante was hit by a stray. The Crown argued that these guys had a whole plan to merk the teenagers in the car they were shooting at.

Chambers and Smart tried to say they only started shooting when they saw one of the teenagers pointing a gun. But the Crown wasn't buying it. They argued that the dudes were lying and had straight-up pre-planned the whole attack. At the end of the day, justice prevailed. Thirty-six bullets got sprayed, and when Chambers and Smart got pinched, they were rocking Glock 19s. No cap, this whole situation is just messed up. 🙏
